تقدر تحذف حسابك في ورديات (Wardiyat) وكل بياناتك نهائياً، بطريقتين: من داخل التطبيق، أو بالبريد الإلكتروني إذا ما عاد عندك التطبيق.

1 من داخل التطبيق

• افتح الإعدادات ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب.
• أكّد الحذف.
• يُنفَّذ فوراً، وما فيه خطوة إضافية.

2 بدون التطبيق

إذا حذفت التطبيق أو ما تقدر توصله، أرسل طلباً من بريدك المسجّل في التطبيق إلى:

• البريد: wardiyat.wso@gmail.com
• العنوان: حذف حساب

نتحقق من ملكية البريد، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

3 شنو ينحذف

• الحساب وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
• جدول الورديات والدورية وأوقات البصمة.
• الإجازات وأرصدتها.
• صورة الملف الشخصي.
• عضويتك في المجموعات.
• الإشعارات ورموز الجهاز.

4 شنو ما يبقى

ما نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك بعد الحذف. الملاحظات اليومية محفوظة على جهازك فقط، وتُمسح مع حذف التطبيق.

5 إذا كنت قائد مجموعة

حذف حسابك يحلّ المجموعة ويفصل أعضاءها منها، لكنه لا يحذف حساباتهم. بياناتهم الشخصية تبقى معهم.

You can permanently delete your Wardiyat account and all of your data in two ways: from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

1 From inside the app

• Go to Settings → Profile → Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion.
• It happens immediately, with no further steps.

2 Without the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't access it, send a request from the email address registered on your account to:

• Email: wardiyat.wso@gmail.com
• Subject: Account Deletion

We verify ownership of the address, delete the account within 30 days, and email you a confirmation.

3 What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Shift schedule, rotation cycle, and fingerprint times.
• Leave records and balances.
• Profile picture.
• Group memberships.
• Notifications and device tokens.

4 What we keep

Nothing. We retain no copy of your data after deletion. Day notes are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

5 If you lead a group

Deleting your account dissolves that group and removes its members from it, but it does not delete their accounts. Their personal data stays with them.
